Good morning, hoopers! Sometimes we get fatigue, weary, and overwhelmed and just want to quit. Keep going! Sometimes we don’t know if we’ll make it, if it’s worth it, or if it’s what we truly want. Keep going! When things get tough and we start to question what we’re doing, why we started, and if we should go on… think about the goals that you have set for yourself. And if those goals aren’t big enough to get you bak out there… regroup, give it an honest thought at why you started, and then set new goals. Why new goals? If your current goals aren’t great enough to get you out of a slump (which we all have), then you need something bigger to work towards. But understand, every athlete goes through a slump… some slumps are bigger than others… but never the less, they are slumps. If we couldn’t look at the end results that we wanted… none of us would be here for you to look up to! Not only are your goals there for yourself, a sense of accomplishment, and your happiness, they’re also there for the next generation to be a fan of yours, fall in love with your story of perseverance, and to help them make it just how you did! So make sure your goals are big enough to keep you going!
